Short answer
At the time of publishing this article, there is only one way to obtain a report that includes each user’s web browser version: the explore tab.
A report can also be created in the GA4 library but only includes the browser, not its version.

Step by step:

Create a report with the browser and its respective version through the explore tab.

Go to the Google Analytics 4 Exploration Tab
In the side panel of Google Analytics 4 you will find the Explore tab, click on that button.

Create a new blank report
Click on the first available option to create a new blank explore report.

Open the dimension menu
Click on the “+” button on the left “DIMENSIONS” tab.

Search for browser dimensions
You can easily find them in the search bar by typing “browser” or in the “Platform / Device” block.

Select the dimension “Browser” and “Browser version”.
It is only necessary to click on the box that each dimension has on the left side.

Import the dimensions
You will find the import button in the upper right corner.

Import the metrics to use in the report
Repeat the above process and select the metrics you want to use in your report.

Select the dimensions of your report
You will find it in the second column of the sidebar and just click on the “+” sign.

Be sure to select both dimensions
Both “Browser” and “Browser version” must be selected.

Add desired metrics for the report
In the same way that you have added the dimensions, you must make sure to add the desired metrics, for example: Sessions and active users. At this point you will have completed the whole process.
