Short answer
Recently the dimension “Session Manual Ad Content” is no longer available in the Google Analytics 4 traffic acquisition report. The reason is explained in the official documentation where Google recommends using cross-channel dimensions such as Source, Session Source and User First Source to understand multichannel acquisition data. Indeed the dimension “Session Manual Ad Content” is not recognized as a cross-channel dimension, and for this reason it is not selectable in this report.
The solution lies in the creation of a customized report or through an exploration report.
Solution
In order to display the “Session manual ad content” dimension in the traffic acquisition reports, it is necessary to create a custom report or a data exploration.
Customized report in the report library
When creating a custom report you can select this dimension again and display the acquisition data.
Open the report library

Create a new report

Choose a detail report

Choose blank report

Select the dimension menu to add a new dimension.

Select the desired dimensions as the “Session manual ad content”.

Apply changes

Add and apply the metrics you deem necessary

Save the report

Exploration report
Through the scan reports you can simply import this particular metric.
